All content available through the Flexivona website—including product photography, brand names, logos, graphics, product descriptions, page designs, text, illustrations, and other original materials—is owned by or licensed to Flexivona and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We Welcome: Customers sharing photos of their Flexivona products and everyday adventures with their pets on social media.
We Prohibit: Unauthorized commercial reproduction, resale, copying, modification, distribution, impersonation, or use of Flexivona branding, photography, product content, graphics, or written materials without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Flexivona intellectual property.
2. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, pricing, dimensions, colors, and availability information are accurate.
Minor Variations: Product appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, screen settings, photography, manufacturing tolerances, material characteristics, and device displays.

Right to Correct: We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, pricing mistakes, product details, promotional information, or availability information at any time.

5. Pricing & Payments
Product Pricing: Prices displayed through the Flexivona online store may change from time to time.
Promotions: Discounts, promotional offers, bundles, free-shipping offers, and other campaigns may be subject to additional conditions, expiration dates, geographic restrictions, or availability limitations.
Confirmed Orders: Future price changes generally do not affect orders that have already been successfully paid and confirmed, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
Secure Payments: Transactions are processed through trusted third-party payment providers using appropriate security technologies. Flexivona does not directly store your complete payment card number or CVV on its own servers.

6. Product Use, Pet Safety & Owner Responsibility
Flexivona offers pet travel and everyday mobility accessories, including products designed for vehicle travel, feeding, hydration, carrying, walking, resting, organization, and pet care.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and following all product instructions, warnings, size recommendations, and intended-use guidance.
Appropriate Sizing: Always select products suitable for your pet's size, weight, breed, mobility, and individual needs.
Adult Supervision: Pets should be appropriately supervised when using travel carriers, car seats, ramps, feeding products, walking accessories, tethers, or other Flexivona products.
Vehicle Products: Pet travel accessories should be installed and used according to the applicable product instructions and the vehicle manufacturer's guidance.
Travel Tethers: Where a tether is used, it should be connected only to a compatible pet harness and appropriate attachment point as directed. It should not be attached to a pet's collar where doing so could create an injury risk.
Ramps: Introduce pets gradually to travel ramps and ensure the ramp is properly positioned and stable before use.
Carriers: Do not exceed stated size or weight recommendations, and ensure adequate ventilation and suitable conditions while transporting a pet.
Food & Water Products: Clean feeding and hydration products appropriately before and between uses.
Regular Inspection: Check products periodically for wear, loose components, damaged straps, broken hardware, or other deterioration. Discontinue use if a product appears damaged or unsafe.
Flexivona products are designed as practical pet travel and lifestyle accessories. No product can eliminate all risks associated with travel, vehicles, outdoor activities, pet behavior, or unexpected events.
7. Individual Pet Needs
Every pet is different.
